How much do the cleaners weigh and how do they ship?
Each model is a slightly different weight, though they range from 15-20 lbs.
What kind of installation does the Ecojet require?
No installation is required. All you have to do is plug the Aquabot into a power outlet. The ecojet is totally separate from your pool’s filtration system. No extra pumps or hoses are needed.
How efficient are the Ecojets compared with a suction-side cleaner?
The ecojets are far superior for efficiency, especially compared to any other type of pool cleaner. When comparing an Ecojet with a side-suction or pressure-side cleaner, you could notice a huge savings in electricity. The Ecojets run independent of your pool’s filtration system and only uses 1 kilowatt per/hour equaling about 5 cents per cycle.
Can I swim in my pool while the Ecojet is cleaning the pool?
The manufacturer suggests that you DO NOT use the EcoJet while swimming.
What is the warranty on the Ecojet cleaners?
The warranty varies by models from 1-3 years honored by the manufacturer.
How long does it take for my Ecojet to ship??
Most models will ship same-day via UPS Ground or Fedex Ground. Each model ships free to the lower 48 states and can take 1-4 business days depending on location. Once we ship the cleaner, we will forward you all of the tracking information for your purchase.
How do I clean the filtration bag?
You can simply clean the filter by running a hose through it, or washing it in your washing machine on a delicate, cold cycle with no detergent.
Will I ever need to replace the filter bag or cartridge?
The filter bag and cartridges will last you the lifetime of the cleaner as long as you treat them with the recommended care.
